Our platform teaches music instruction with tactile interfaces, live feedback sessions, and structured tracks featuring neo-futuristic design. All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to purchased digital products. Access may be provided via download links, streaming, or through your account dashboard, depending on the product type.

4.2 Course Access

Course purchases grant you personal, non-transferable access to course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Lifetime access means access for as long as the course remains available on our platform.

5. Payment Processing and Stripe

All payments on Music Mix Pro are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

5.1 Third-Party Payment Processing

Stripe provides the payment processing services for all transactions on our platform. When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of Music Mix Pro. Charges may appear on your statement as "MUSICMIXPRO" or similar variations.

By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Payment Information and Security

Your payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Music Mix Pro does not store your complete credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).

5.3 Data Processing and Transfer

Important Notice: By making a purchase, you acknowledge and consent that your personal data, including payment information, may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Stripe operates, regardless of your country of residence. This data transfer is necessary to process your payment and fulfill your order.

Stripe and Music Mix Pro are independent controllers of your personal data. We each maintain separate privacy policies governing how we handle your information. Please review both our Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy for complete details.

5.4 ACH and Bank Account Payments (US Customers)

If you choose to pay via ACH bank transfer, you authorize Stripe to debit your bank account for the purchase amount. This authorization complies with the National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) operating rules. You may revoke this authorization by contacting us, but this will not affect any transactions already in process.

5.5 Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.6 Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for determining, paying, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase based on your location. Prices displayed may or may not include taxes depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law.

5.7 Payment Method Rules

All content on Music Mix Pro, including but not limited to courses, tutorials, videos, audio files, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Music Mix Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any content
• Share your account credentials or access with others
• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from content
• Use automated systems to download or scrape content

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Engage in fraudulent activities

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes

8.3 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

• Ineligibility for future purchases

Music Mix Pro reserves the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or unjustified, and to pursue collection of valid charges through appropriate legal means.

9. Consumer Rights

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Our Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using our Services will meet your expectations

Payment Processing Disclaimer: Music Mix Pro is responsible for the products and services you purchase from us. Stripe provides payment processing services only and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of our products or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSIC MIX PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law but do not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Music Mix Pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease, and you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. For material changes affecting your rights, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@musicmixpro.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive your right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

15.3 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Music Mix Pro.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Music Mix Pro regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
